“We got 5 KVA solar installed from Exolar, initially we were skeptical on the supplier to be finalised for this bcoz this solar installation passes through multiple process.

After getting the quotation and price finalization we gained confidence and proceeded with them. We were quite satisfied with the way they handled the whole thing, They have good team members who take care of each phase and answer your queries as when it arises.

Once we made the final payment, they had sent a staff to clean the panels and that is when we also learnt it how to practically clean it at regular frequency.

Over all the project was expected to end in 3 months to 4 months period but in our case it took little more i think 5 months or so, bcoz these guys from desu took extra time to come, plus we had to get over load thing installed , which was not there – here talking about ELCB…

They also filed government scheme on solar panel rebate thing and we got back the amount after i think 4 months, which is ok, we were expecting some delay there.. Over all our experience with this company was good.”
