At Exolar Energy, we are committed to delivering high-quality solar products and a dependable customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following policy explains how cancellation, returns, and refunds are handled.

Order Cancellation Rights

You may request cancellation of an eligible order within 7 days without providing a reason, subject to product status and applicable law. The cancellation period expires 7 days after the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

Once an eligible cancellation request is approved and all required conditions are fulfilled, the refund will ordinarily be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for the order, unless another lawful method is agreed.

Conditions for Returns

For a return to be eligible, the following conditions should be met:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The goods are returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for inspection.

Items generally not eligible for return

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that, because of their nature or installation status, are not suitable for return.
  • Goods that cannot be returned for health, hygiene, or safety reasons after being unsealed or used.
  • Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a return where the stated conditions are not satisfied.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us unless applicable law or a written commitment from Exolar Energy states otherwise.

We recommend using an insured and trackable delivery service. A refund may not be issued until the returned goods are received or reliable proof of return is provided.

Refunds for Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit may be issued for the eligible value of the return after the returned product is received and approved.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the buyer had the order shipped to themselves before gifting it, any eligible refund will generally be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
